1. Order Processing:

  • Once an order is placed, it will be sent to our print-on-demand partner for processing.

  • Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process before shipping.

  • Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping:

  • Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days for domestic orders.

  • We are currently not able to ship internationally.

  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7 – 12 business days.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.

3. Returns and Exchanges:

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at TheCreativeParamedic@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

  • We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out as soon as possible at no additional cost to you.

5. Custom Orders:

  • Custom orders, including personalized items, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Please double-check all customization details before placing your order.

6. Canceling Orders:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed by our print-on-demand partner.

  • Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.

7. Customer Satisfaction:
