1. Order Processing:

Once an order is placed, it will be sent to our print-on-demand partner for processing.

Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process before shipping.

Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping:

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Standard shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days for domestic orders.

We are currently not able to ship internationally.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7 – 12 business days.

Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.

3. Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Custom orders, including personalized items, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed by our print-on-demand partner.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.
