  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order by entering the tracking number on our website or the carrier's website.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Are there any care instructions for the apparel?
    Care instructions for each apparel item are included on the product page and/or on the garment's label. Please follow these instructions to ensure the longevity and quality of your apparel.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. We hope to in the future!
  • How do I determine my size?
    We provide a sizing chart with measurements for each apparel item to help you select the right size. Please refer to the sizing chart located on each product page for accurate measurements.
  • What if the item I want is out of stock?
    If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for notifications to be notified when it becomes available again. Alternatively, we may offer similar alternatives for your consideration.
  • Is my personal information secure?
    Yes, we take the security of your personal information seriously. Our website is encrypted to protect your data, and we adhere to strict privacy policies to ensure the confidentiality of your information.
  • What is your return/exchange policy?
    We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items. Please initiate the return or exchange process through our website, and refer to our return policy for detailed instructions.
  • What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
    If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and details of the issue. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
